- 近五年来,张嘉恒教授在绿色化学、生物材料、含能材料、航天航空推进剂系统、新离子液体合成及应用、新型离子液体微萃取方法设计、锂电池电解液、碳基材料设计等研究领域取得了一些高水平的创新性成果。截至到2019年9月,共发表SCI论文90余篇,包括Chem. Rev.(共同一作一篇),J. Am. Chem. Soc.(7篇,5篇为第一作者), Nature. Commun.(共同一作一篇),Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. (6篇,4篇为第一作者/通讯作者), J. Mater. Chem. A(6篇)及Chem. Eur. J.(9篇)等,以第一作者/通讯作者身份发表SCI研究论文50余篇,论文引用次数2800余次,h指数为32,三篇J. Am. Chem. Soc.一作研究文章和一篇Dalton Trans.入选ESI高引论文。
- 攻读博士期间,开发了多种基于离子液体的液液分散微萃取技术,并将其应用于食品和环境样品中的农兽药的检测,参与了农业部、国家重点基础研究发展计划(973)和国家自然科学基金的多个项目,与上海市农业科学院、德国莱布尼茨分析科学研究所和美国艾默斯实验室就多项分析化学领域的课题开展了合作研究。
- 留学美国期间,参与了美国海军研究署(Office of Naval Research)和美国国防部的军工项目“高性能离子液体火箭推进剂”的研发,开发的绿色环境友好的硼烷类含能离子液体推进剂,其性能全面超越传统剧毒的肼类衍生物,被视为该领域的突破性工作。
- 留学美国期间,作为研究骨干参与美国国防威胁降低局(Defense Threat Reduction Agency)的军工项目“新型含能材料设计”的研发,开发的固态高能材料具有环境友好、爆速爆压高、密度高、感度适中等特点,其性能可以超越目前美国军方大规模使用的高能含能材料RDX(黑索金)和HMX(奥克托今)。
- 留学美国期间,作为研究骨干参与美国海军研究署的军工项目“高性能氧化剂设计”的研究,开发出一系列固态氧化剂,具有高氧平衡、高密度、点火延迟低等优点,可以用于替换推进剂中大规模使用的高氯酸铵。
- 在碳材料的设计(多孔化与杂原子掺杂)、合成、标准方面有扎实的专业知识和基础。
- 在日本工作期间对电化学清洁能源,如锂离子电池、钠离子电池、锂空电池和锂硫电池中电解质的开发进行了深入的研究。利用溶剂化离子液体的概念设计了多种新型的多氰基电解质。
- 在日本工作期间设计与合成了多种共轭羰基有机物电极材料,并将这些电极材料成功地应用于锂离子电池和钠离子电池体系。这些电池体系具有高理论比容量、低成本、绿色环保、操作安全等优点。
